This is a second home owned by our client from London. Our brief was to extend and fully refurbish the property to an exacting finish with a client who remained fairly distanced from site. We provided an overseeing role and managed the clients requirements on site on a week by week basis.
The two rear gables, rear orangery and front gable above the garage were all new and worth noting how the top of the front gable is blended in to the lower without looking remotely new!
